Academic Calendar Dates

The academic calendar reflects important student semester dates, deadlines, and holidays scheduled for all campus locations. Revisions may occur as needed by official action of Southwest Texas College.

Withdrawal Deadline

The last day to drop a class with a “W” for the Spring 2026 16 Week and 2nd 8 Week Semesters is Friday, April 17th, at 4:00 pm. To complete the Class Withdrawal Form, please download the form to your computer and enter your information into the fillable fields. Once you have completed the form, save your changes and schedule an appointment with your Success Coach to get it signed before submitting it to the Office of the Registrar.

Application Deadline - 2026-2027 Academic Scholarship

Please be advised that the deadline to submit a completed scholarship application packet is Friday, April 24th (extended), at 4:00 pm. Application packets must be fully completed and received by this deadline to be eligible for consideration for the scholarship award. Apply Today

Spring Semester Final Exams

Student Success Centers help make final exams manageable; take advantage of resources available at all SWTX campuses and online. Spring 2026 16 Week Semester exams take place Saturday, May 2nd, through Thursday, May 7th. Spring 2026 2nd 8 Week Semester exams take place on Wednesday, May 6th.
