Academic Calendar Dates

The academic calendar reflects important student semester dates, deadlines, and holidays scheduled for all campus locations. Revisions may occur as needed by official action of Southwest Texas College.

Late Registration (Pay as you go)

Students can continue registering for Spring 2025 2nd 8 Week Semester classes between Monday, March 10th, and Tuesday, March 25th; however, it will only be under a “pay as you go” option. The first day of classes will be on Monday, March 24th.

Spring Break

All SWTX locations will be closed for Spring Break beginning Monday, March 17th, through Friday, March 21st. Offices will open, and classes will resume on Monday, March 24th, at 8:00 am. Stay safe, Cowboys! Resources

Application Deadline - 2025-2026 Academic Scholarship

The deadline for receiving a completed scholarship application packet is Friday, April 18th at 4:00 pm. The scholarship packet must be completed and received by the deadline to be considered for the award.
