Academic Calendar Dates

The academic calendar reflects important student semester dates, deadlines, and holidays scheduled for all campus locations. Revisions may occur as needed by official action of Southwest Texas College.

Application Deadline Extension – Spring Graduation

The deadline to submit graduation applications with your SWTX Success Coach has been extended to Monday, April 6th, at 6:00 pm. Late applicants must immediately contact the Campus Bookstore to order the cap and gown. However, due to limited inventory and the anticipated turnaround time for orders, there is a possibility that preferred size may not be available.

Application Deadline - 2026-2027 Academic Scholarship

Please be advised that the deadline to submit a completed scholarship application packet is Friday, April 24th (extended), at 4:00 pm. Application packets must be fully completed and received by this deadline to be eligible for consideration for the scholarship award. Apply Today
