Academic Calendar

The academic calendar reflects important student semester dates, deadlines, and holidays scheduled for all campus locations. Revisions may occur as needed by official action of Southwest Texas College.

Application Deadline - Spring Academic Scholarship

SWTX Freshman and Sophomore students who did not receive a scholarship for the Fall and Spring Semesters of the current academic year may apply for a one-semester Spring Scholarship. Mail in your application to the address on the application or drop off the application at the Uvalde Campus Counseling Center by the December 1st postmark date.

Final Exams

Student Success Centers help make final exams manageable; take advantage of resources available at all campuses and online. Fall 2024 16 Week Semester Exams take place Saturday, December 7th – Thursday, December 12th, while Fall 2024 2nd 8 Week Semester Exams take place on Wednesday, December 11th.
