Transcript Requests

Requests will be honored as quickly as possible in the order of application; however, during peak periods (i.e., commencement, registration, examinations) there will be some delay. Therefore, transcripts should be requested in advance (about one week) of these periods.

Transfer credits must be requested directly from the institutions where coursework was taken. 

All requests must be in writing and authorized by the student. Requests by persons other than the student will not be honored without the student's written authorization.

Official transcripts are not issued until all obligations to Southwest Texas College are cleared. 

There is no fee for requesting transcripts.

If you do not have a student ID please use (9999999) temporarily to submit a request.

By signing the form below, I hereby agree to SWTX transcript regulations and authorize SWTX to release my official transcript.



Alternately, you can email admoffice@swtjc.edu with your transcript request and a "mail to" address.

Official transcripts are not issued until all obligations to the college are cleared.
