Graduation Information
Graduation Application
Students eligible to graduate must complete and submit an application for graduation, which may be obtained in person or online. To obtain it in person, Uvalde students must go to the Rodolfo R. and Dolores Flores Student Services Building (Registrar's Office). Applications can be picked up at the Administration Building of the Del Rio, Eagle Pass, and Crystal City campuses.
Please mail the graduation application form with a money order (no checks, please) made payable to SWTJC to:

Uvalde County Fairplex Arena Entry and Seating ***PLEASE READ***
All guests, including graduates will enter the facility through the main front doors. All guests will go through security checkpoints/metal detector prior to entering. All seating in the stands will be general seating for everyone.
Services for Disabilities
Limited handicap parking will be reserved and located in front of the main entrance to the Uvalde County Fairplex arena. Decal must be displayed in the vehicle upon arrival. The facility does have designated areas for seating.There will be no rehearsal prior to the ceremony. Please arrive early and appropriately attired in your cap and gown for check-in and guidance.
Diplomas
Diplomas will be mailed out in late-June pending no institutional holds.All Students
Candidates for graduation must clear all obligations (fees, fines, transcripts, etc.) with the college before receiving their diploma or SWTX official transcripts.Commencement Ceremonies Location
